Alumni Association
Welcome to the Maine Law Alumni Association. All graduates of University of Maine School of Law, more than 3,000 over the past 50+ years, are members of the Association. The Maine Law Alumni Association seeks to establish and nurture a lifelong relationship between the school and its alumni in an effort to strengthen the legal community and to assist in the development of the full potential of University of Maine School of Law in the new century.
Mission Statement
The University of Maine Law Alumni Association is committed to assisting the Law School fulfill its educational and professional mission and to serving the needs of its members by:
• Forging and fostering lasting relationships among the Law School, alumni and the legal community,
• Supporting the financial stability, growth and progress of the Law School through annual and special fundraising activities,
• Facilitating communication among the Law School, alumni and the legal community, and
• Planning and supporting alumni and law student events.
A Board of Directors governs activities and policies of the Maine Law Alumni Association. Members serve three-year terms and elect officers annually. The current president is Cornelia Fuchs '90. For a complete list of the current Board of Directors and Officers, click here.
